I suggest a linear route, very familiar to the Plans de Bohavi, with an elevation gain of less than 50 metres and a distance of about 6 kilometres between the outward and return journeys.
Route:
We will leave by car from the village of Tavascan and take a somewhat rough forest track for about 7 km until we reach the Montalto Dam. Here we will park the car and begin the excursion.
The Lladore River will accompany us throughout the excursion, where we will find open areas where we can take photographs and enjoy the surroundings. We may encounter horses or cows grazing.

Halfway along the route, we will find a path on the left-hand side that climbs up to the Certescan Refuge/Estany.
When we reach the end of Plans de Bohavi, we will find a bridge that crosses the river and the path climbs towards Barranco de Sallent, where we will turn around and return the way we came.
The duration of the excursion, with stops and stalls, will be about 3/4 hours.
