A unique restaurant with soul: that of La Remei. A promising new venture that has just opened in the Cardós valley. We are also food travellers.

We pay attention to the organoleptic characteristics of each regional cuisine. The menu at this restaurant may seem ordinary because of its traditional dishes. However, that is not the case, or at least that is how we found it.

Each dish has a ‘special touch’ plus the sensations. It is not what you would eat in any good restaurant in familiar dishes. Here, the ‘flavour’ surprises you with its different nuances, it takes centre stage and surprises you in a positive way.

One suggestion would be to choose at random from the menu. You will not go wrong. Everything will be very satisfying and everything will have, I repeat, or so it seemed to us, that ‘special touch of La Remei’.

In the dining room next to the bar, if you can, ‘eat facing the wall’. It's not a punishment. There are magnificent photographs of landscapes in the area taken personally by Joan. A visual treat that adds to the gastronomic enjoyment!
