The Immaculada de Isil, also dedicated to San Juan Bautista, is the current parish church of the village of Isil, in the municipality of Alt Àneu, in the region of Pallars Sobirà, Pertanyia to the term of the old municipality of the same name as the village.
It is located on an island formed by the Noguera Pallaresa in two branches, to the northwest of the Casa de la Villa, the current headquarters of the decentralised municipal Entita of Isil-Alós.
