Our country bistro showcases local produce:

meat from neighbouring farms, seasonal fruit and vegetables, shepherd's cheese, trout from the lakes and honey from our hives. We enhance sometimes forgotten or little-known products to create tasty and original dishes.

Enjoy our outdoor terrace with its breathtaking view of the lake and Puivert Castle, or settle in inside, in a cosy room with stone walls and exposed beams.
