My name is Andre Trungelliti. I am the general director of Grupo Rif Andorra, a consultancy specialized in scientifically based training programs.

We focus on improving customer service in different organizations and companies. We firmly believe that this program can provide significant value to the various work groups, optimizing the consumer experience and promoting customer loyalty. Our training is specific to each sector in which we participate, recognizing and highlighting what is important to improve staff skills.

Understanding the scientific bases of human behavior allows us to know the importance of each contact with the customer. In turn, this invites us to create tools to take advantage of variables that, today, interact randomly in the purchasing process, significantly influencing the result.

To achieve the expected results, we work with three training proposals that adapt to the different needs of each company.
