A personal bet of our Chef José Andrés Ballarin after years of experience in the world of gastronomy. You will find a selection of dishes prepared with local, local food and always fusing sea and mountain products. An emblem of La Capilleta is its grilled rice dishes, which are finished in the Josper Grill, such as, for example, rice with ceps and foie gras or rice with La Fueva brassica and squid. The brassa is the protagonist thanks to the excellent quality meats that can be found in the Aragonese Pyrenees: T-bone steak, entrecôte, sirloin steak ..... In addition, different meats and fish are cooked at low temperature. Homemade desserts and cocktails made by our team are some of our proposals that you cannot miss.

Our restaurant has been created to make you feel at home, thanks to its Provençal style dining room, but without forgetting that we are in the Aragonese Pyrenees. From our terrace you will be able to see the Peña Mediodía and enjoy a meal in the open air.

In addition, in our O Bistró de Chistau we offer you another menu where the rations and dishes prepared at the moment, local meats and kebabs with Arabic bread are the protagonists. A more discerning and informal atmosphere for tapas and tasting local wines and craft beers. This small place is located next to La Capilleta Restaurant and we also offer delicious breakfasts.
