The brassa is the protagonist thanks to the excellent quality meats that can be found in the Aragonese Pyrenees: T-bone steak, entrecôte, sirloin steak ..... In addition, different meats and fish are cooked at low temperature. Homemade desserts and cocktails made by our team are some of our proposals that you cannot miss.
